Accommodation
It is important to us that you feel comfortable and are living in surroundings that make you feel relaxed and happy.
We also understand that people live and study in different ways. It is for this reason we offer four different types of accommodation options.
Homestay
The family is a very important and strong part of the Colombian way of life.
Living with a family is an excellent way to see Colombians in their warmest and most relaxed setting - their own homes.
We offer safe and caring homestays where students are guaranteed an individual room but still can experience the special bond that exists in Colombian families.
Self-Catered Apartment
Our self-catered apartments are a great option for people who want their own space and are happy to prepare their own meals.
Students share the apartment with other students but with their own rooms.
The apartments have a kitchen and a common area and are convienently located very close to the school.
Volunteering Center
Students who are taking the Learn Spanish and Volunteer program can also choose to stay at the Volunteer center.
By living in the same district as the center, students can get a genuine feel for how the families they are helping live on a day-to-day basis.
The Volunteer Center is run by Berenice and she lives there with her two children as well as with other volunteers in the program.
Hostel / Hotel
We understand that some people need their own space and independence.
This is why we offer hostel and hotel accommodation. Students have their own private room and access to the facilities of the hostel or hotel.
Ibagué has a wide range of hostels and hotels from 3 to 5 stars. We are always more than happy to make a reservation for you.
