Salamina was simply gorgeous! I went to a number of small towns in the Coffee zone and the charm and appeal of the town really stood out above the rest. The architecture and bright colors were breath taking.

For me the coffee farms around Salamaina were a real highlight. One afternoon an owner took us for a tour, showed us the coffee growing on the bushes and then roasted them right in front of our eyes. Coffee at home will never be the same again after that experience.
